Warranty & Returns

When returning MMP products, please head to the our RMA Portal You can type in the required information regarding your purchase in the information box at the top right of your screen.


Step 1 : Type in the necessary information

To start RMA process, enter the email you provided during your purchase and the order number.



Step 2 : Select the defective items

Simply select the items and quantity you we’re facing issues with and press on continue. Please refer to the screenshots below for more information.



Step 3 : Sit tight and wait while we review your request (Can take up to 48 hours)

Step 4 : Print your Free shipping label

Make sure the address on your shipping label is the following :

Step 5 : Carefully package and prepare the box with the defective units (please make sure this is done well)

Step 6 : Attach the return label on the box

Step 7 : Ship the box

What happens next : We verify the returned goods.

  1. W will verify and test every single product that you have sent us thoroughly.
  2. We will contact you to let you know how many products are warrantied and how much credit you are going to be receiving. You may use this credit however you choose on our website.



Our Warranty is different than our competitors, Lifetime! We provide lifetime warranty on our all products whether it’s an internal component or an LCD. Every shipment comes with a guarantee; you’ll get what you asked for, undamaged and durable.


In an event of a warranty claim please ship it back to us at our address written below and indicate your company information and we will have your items credited within 24 hours of receiving your RMA. In an event, that we don’t have the part in stock or if the item you don’t need replaced anymore, we offer a refund based on today’s selling price. This is because some items could have been purchased 6 months ago and much higher and now the price has reduced. Please be advised that the merchandise does not include any physical or internal damage (ie LCD Damage, Ripped Flex). Whether the part was many months old or may have had scratches on the LCD Components, our responsibilities relies on giving you a product which meets your expectations and will be accepted with no questions asked.
